Step1:Cut and soak eggplant for half an hour. Peel and wash potatoes in the middle. Cut chili and garlic. Heat oil in the pot. Control water for Eggplant and potatoes (don't be too dry. Fry them with less oil). Fry them separately. Pour out the extra oil. Stir fry the garlic. Stir fry the chili until it's half cooked. Put the fried eggplant and peas in. Put salt in. Stir fry until the chili is fully cooked.
Cooking tips:Don't be too dry. It's not so oily. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
