This dish is my third time. I make it simply because I'm lazy. I don't like to make it too complicated.
Step1:Personally, I like to chop the unfrozen chicken feet into two parts with a kitchen knife. Turn on the tap and put a pot of cold water on the gas stove. Put the chopped chicken feet into the pot and boil them over high heat. Skim the oil foam out of the pot and turn to low heat to continue skimming the oil foam.
Step2:Find a clean basin and add ice and cold boiled water to cool it down. Take out the chicken claw and put it into ice water to cool it down. It's said that this step is to make the cooked chicken claw shaped and chewy. I don't know if it's true. I do the same.
Step3:I use the pickle jar directly for the brewing tools. After I clean the jar, I use the electric kettle to boil a pot of water and pour the boiling water into the jar directly. Cover the jar and let the hot water simply kill the bacteria. Pour the bought pickled peppers and half bottle of white vinegar into the jar. Finally, pull out the chicken claws one by one and put them into the jar. Cover the jar and seal with water. You can eat it in the last night.
