Fernander comes from the French vocabulary financier. It's a French pastry with a long history. Financier originally means financier, millionaire and financier. Cooking tips:1. The mould used in this paper is wunuo rectangular mould (un20068). The formula in this paper can be used as one copy of this mould, that is, six fenan snow. 2.
