Step2:4. Cut the wake-up dough into 100g dough, knead it to a circle, roll it into a dosage form, take a small piece of pastry and wrap it up. Make sure it is tight and press it flat for standby.

Step4:5. Roll the wrapped dough into a 3mm thick pancake.
Step5:6. Brush a small amount of oil in the pan. Brush oil evenly on one side of the cake.

Step7:7. Fry for 20 seconds and turn the other side immediately. Then fry for another 20 seconds and the effect will be as shown in the figure. The middle part will bulge. 8. Use chopsticks to open a small opening in the drum. Then quickly pour in the eggs that have been beaten in advance in the bowl.

Step9:10. Cut the sausage into two parts. Fry in a little oil until both sides are yellow.
Step10:11. Brush oyster sauce evenly on the cake (the juice mixed with sweet noodle sauce and soybean sauce was brushed originally. As a result, there was no oyster sauce at home. You can add some if you like chili sauce.
Step11:12. Sprinkle with scallion.
Step12:13. Add lettuce. Also brush some oyster sauce on the lettuce.
Step13:14. Add the sausages.
