I like the crispness of fried mung bean sprouts when they are cooked and put into my mouth to chew with my teeth.
Step1:Wash mung bean sprouts twice with water.
Step2:Put the vermicelli in the cold water pot and cook for 510 minutes. Remove the vermicelli and cool it with cold water.
Step3:Stir fry the onion and bean sprouts in the hot oil.
Step4:Add in the vermicelli and stir fry. Add in the soy sauce, salt and sesame oil. Finally add in the onion.
Step5:Done.
