Peanut pig lung hotpot. It is made of pig lung and peanut. The soup is milky white, with wonderful texture and rich nutrition.
Step1:Blanch the pork lungs and put them in a water pot. Add scallion, ginger slices and cooking wine. Bring to a boil over a high heat. Remove the froth. Cook over a low heat until the lungs are cooked. Remove and cool. Cut into thick slices.
