It's not to my taste. So I made it myself. I put the seasoning at will, so I didn't note the amount of each seasoning. As long as it's not too much, it's delicious.
Step1:1. The whole chicken. Cut off the head and butt. Boil in cold water. Cover the chicken with water as much as possible. Add the knotting chives and ginger. (it's recommended to put cooking wine in some ways. I don't like the taste of cooking wine, so I didn't put it in.
Step2:2. After boiling, boil for about 2025 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken. This is a regular egg. It's often used for cooking.
Step3:3. Coriander, scallion and mashed garlic (this is made of mashed garlic artifact. It can really save a lot of time
Step4:4. Chili powder. Thirteen spices. Cooked white sesame. Mashed garlic. Put them in a bowl.
Step5:5. Heat up the oil and pour it into the bowl as shown in Figure 4.
Step6:6. Add vinegar, soy sauce (Li Jinji's light salt soy sauce is recommended), sesame oil, stir well, and then add onion.
Step7:7. Tear the cooked chicken into small pieces. Pour in the prepared seasoning and mix well. If the taste is light, add some fresh soy sauce or salt. Sprinkle in coriander at last. Mix slightly.
Step8:8. Set the plate. Open it.
