In this season, clams are fat, fresh, tender, nutritious, and there are many ways to do it. Stir fry is one of the most common ways. The taste is mostly salty. But my fried clam today has a very special taste - sour, sweet and sour is me. Everyone in my family likes it, especially my children. In order to take care of her, I specially chose the chilli which is not very spicy to cut into small pieces. I cooked it with goldfish peanut oil. The fried clam gives off an attractive fragrance. It's sour, sweet and a little spicy. It's addictive.
Step1:Soak the clam in clean water and salt for 2 hours. Spit out the mud.

Step3:Cut ginger into shreds. Chop garlic into minced garlic.
Step4:Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the bowl.
Step5:Add 2 tablespoons of hot and sweet sauce.
Step6:Add 2 tbsp water.
Step7:Stir well to make sauce.
Step8:Boil some water in the pot. Put in the clam and cook until it's open and remove. (if there is sediment, wash it with clean water
Step9:Put some goldfish peanut oil into the pot. Heat it up to 70%.
Step10:Add ginger and garlic and stir fry.
Step11:Stir fry the green and red peppers until cooked.
Step12:Pour in the clams.
Step13:Then pour in the sauce.
Step14:Stir fry well and serve.
