I've been trying to make donkey roll recently. I can't help it today. I made bean noodles in the evening.

Step3:The proportion of glutinous rice flour and water is evenly stirred one by one. Do not walk on dry powder lumps. It can be screened.
Step4:Stir the glutinous rice paste. Put it in an oiled plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Steam for 20 minutes.
Step5:When steaming dough, grind the beans into powder. Sift them. The beans just out of the pot are hot. Let them cool in the ventilated place. Because I want to make more bean noodles for later use. So there are more beans to grind.
Step6:The steamed dough is hot. When it's a little less hot, oil it. Knead the dough. Sprinkle a layer of bean flour on the chopping board. Put the dough on it. Roll it into a piece of make-up and put on the bean paste filling. I put the mixed bean paste and jujube paste. By the way, hot water is needed. The filling is too thick to spread evenly.
Step7:Roll it up. Cut it. I make it smaller. One bite at a time. I won't be bored if I eat too much. I also made a section of blueberry.
Step8:Blueberry sauce is melted. It's soft. Ha ha.
Step9:It's great to refrigerate before eating. But in winter, we should eat less cold food.
Cooking tips:This is my first time to do donkey rolling. I also refer to some recipes and try to find out. I didn't grind the bean noodles too fine. I like the feeling of granule.
