Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cook rice in electric cooker. Mix sushi vinegar while it's hot. I used sushi rice brought back from Hokkaido. The rice is sticky, soft and hard.

  2. Step2:Fresh salmon is easy to clean, absorb water stains and peel.

  3. Step3:Salmon cut into thick slices. Seaweed cut into the required widt

  4. Step4:Dip a little water on your hand to prevent sticking. Take a small piece of rice and shape it with one bite. Cover the rice balls with salmon.

  5. Step5:Take some canned salmon. Mix with salad dressing

  6. Step6:Peel the avocado. Dice it. Blanch the prawn in boiling water. Dice the prawn.

  7. Step7:Tie or surround the cut seaweed as shown in the picture; mix the tuna and pile it on the enclosed rice balls. Mix the fresh shrimp, avocado and rice balls together.
