This dish originated from a trip to Belgium. I got a roast pork chop shop in Brussels. It's very good. But I feel that we need to make some changes to suit our Chinese taste. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash pork ribs, wipe off excess water with kitchen paper towe

The ribs are placed on the tin paper. The microwave oven (or oven) can preheat 180 degrees.
