Step9:Add the whole egg liquid in several times and stir evenly.
Step10:Sift in the milk powder. Stir evenly with a scraper.
Step11:Finally add coconut. Mix well.

Step13:The dough is fermented to twice its size. Take it out. Divide the dough into 2 pieces on average. Roll the dough from inside to outside. After rolling, press out the air inside with your hand. Then hold the dough in the palm of your hand and roll it round. Put it on the silica gel pad with the mouth closed down. Cover the fresh-keeping bag and relax for 1520 minutes.
Step14:Take a dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
Step15:Take half of the coconut stuffing, spread it evenly on the dough, roll up the dough, tighten the mouth, and slightly rub the long strip.
Step16:Use a scraper to cut the middle part. It is divided into two parts. One side is not cut off. It is woven into a twist shape. Close the mouth and pinch tightly.
Step17:Put it in the toast box. Do the same for the second dough.
Step18:Put the toast box into the middle layer of the oven, and then put a basin of hot water on the next layer. Carry out the second fermentation for about 1 hour. Ferment the toast until the mold is full.
Step19:Preheat the oven 180 degrees in advance. Put the raw toast embryo into the oven and bake for 3540 minutes. Bake until the surface color is satisfactory, then cover with tin paper.
