Step1:Wash the small chops (blanch them in hot water). Put some hot oil in the pot. Stir fry the chops for a while. Remove.
Step2:Add some oil to the pot, add sugar and stir fry over low heat. Put in the spareribs, stir fry and color. Add some hot water, not too much ribs. Add some cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar. Simmer for an hour or so. When the soup dries quickly, add the soy sauce and collect the juice. Stir fry with a little vinegar before leaving the pot.
