Step1:Put the clam in the basin. Then put cold water. Put some salt in the water. Let the clam spit sand. Leave for about 2 hours. Rinse with clean water for standby.
Step2:After peeling, cut the white gourd into 3cm pieces for use. Cut the onion into about 6cm long section.
Step3:Add soup, onion, ginger and cooking wine to the casserole. When the casserole is boiling, add clams and simmer for 30 minutes
Step4:Take out the scallion with chopsticks. Put in the wax gourd. Simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt.
