Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Cut the crab into pieces. Shred the onion and ginge

2. 

   Step2:The crab is stained with starch. Put it in the oil pan and fry until golden.

3. 

   Step3:Leave a little oil in the pan. Add in onion and ginger. Stir fry with pepper. Add in the spicy pot bottom material and stir fry with crab. Season with salt and sugar. Stir fry for a while.
