Step1:Wash the rice cake and break it apart for use. Clean up the swimming crab. Remove the crab cover, gills and other superfluous things. Chop them into pieces. Pat the crab tongs with a knife for a few times.
Step2:Dip the cut crabs with pepper and dry starch evenly; put in about 2 tbsp salad oil in the pan, put in the crabs that pat the dry starch, fry until they change color, and take out.
Step3:Another pot. Add 2 tbsp of salad oil. Stir fry ginger and garlic. Add seafood sauce, chili sauce and oyster sauce to stir fry the flavor and red oil.
Step4:Put in the fried crab. Cook 2 tbsp cooking wine. Stir fry. Pour in the rice cake.
Step5:Stir quickly and evenly. Put the crab shell on it. Pour in a little water or clear soup. Season with a little salt. Cover and cook for a while.
Step6:When the soup is thick and the crab shell turns red, stir fry it for a few more times. Sprinkle the onion before leaving the pot.
