Step1:A small bowl of naked oats. What I make is one person.
Step2:Use boiled water and noodles. Naked oats are crispy. Just shape them.
Step3:Take it into small dosage form and rub it in your hand.
Step4:The size is controlled by myself. I usually pull so big.
Step5:Brush oil after rubbing. Steam for 7-10 minute
Step6:Steam and let cool. Set aside.
Step7:Cut the garlic, onion, green pepper and dry pepper for use.
Step8:Put oil and pepper in the pot. Heat the oil and put in the cut vegetables. Stir fry. Put naked oats, 2 teaspoons of raw soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt. Put 1 teaspoon of fresh soy sauce before leaving the pot.
