Step1:Buy clams. Soak them in clear water. Add a small spoon of salt and a few drops of cooking oil to the water. Let the clams spit out the mud in their belly. Kelp knot. Cooking tips:1. I use thick bean curd, a kind of tender bean curd. If I like old bean curd, I need to blanch the old bean curd in boiling water before putting it into the soup.
