After the new year, there's so much oil and water in your stomach. I really want to make it clean all at once. If you have the same idea as me, if you want to have a slimming meal after the festival, which is delicious and not nutritious, then make a clam with spinach and fur.
Step1:Pour water into the pot. Add some cooking wine (to remove the fishy smell of the clams). Add the washed clams and cook until they are open. Turn off the heat after minutes.
Step2:Pull out the clams and wash them with pure water.
Step3:Heat the pot with water. Add a drop of peanut oil. Remove the spinach water for 30 seconds.
Step4:Put the spinach section out into pure water and cool it. Take it out for standby.
Step5:Season spinach with mashed garlic, salt and chicken powder. Then add clams and mix well.
