Step1:Marinate tofu in light salt water and drain. Cut tofu into large pieces and pat on both sides with a little starch. Fry until it's golden on both sides and set up.
Step2:Wash the shrimps (preferably not frozen). Cut off the shrimps' whiskers. Slice 1 cm into the ridge with a knife and take out the shrimps' line. Cut the shrimps' back for use.
Step3:Change the fried tofu into small pieces, then pave the bottom steaming plate. Pave the processed shrimp on the tofu.
Step4:Fry some garlic with golden garlic. Mix the golden garlic and raw garlic in a ratio of 1-1, then add ginger powder. Mix in a little salt and spread it on the shrimp.
Step5:Add some salt, cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, steamed fish and soy sauce. (spicy people can also add chili oil and so on) mix the sauce and pour it on the shrimp.
Step6:Put the steaming plate into the steamer. Steam it with boiling water for about 810 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Pour a spoonful of hot pure sesame oil onto the table.
