   Step4:Fry a lot of oil under the wok. Fry eggplant pieces after the oil is hot. Fry them until they are done and then put them on the plate

   Step5:French fries. Turn golden and serv

   Step6:Pour out the oil. Leave some oil to fry green pepper. Add some salt to taste

   Step7:Fried potatoes and eggplant. Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir fry for a while.
