Step1:Remove the internal organs and gills of the anchovies. Clean them. Cut the old tofu into small pieces. Heat up the oil in the pot. Stir fry the scallion and ginger.
Step2:Add water to the pot. Boil it. Stir fry and tofu. Simmer for 40 minutes.
