Sanyang Kaitai (Sanyang Kaitai). It means good luck. It's the auspicious language that people bless each other at the beginning of the year. But when I was watching a food program on TV the other day, I used this idiom to make a dish name.
Step1:Cabbage is only the part of leaves. Tear it into small pieces by hand. Cut radish into thin slices. Cut onion into scallion and ginger into shreds.
Step2:Cut the lamb into walnut sized pieces.
Step3:Put water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the mutton into the boiling water. Take it out for use.
Step4:Put oil in the wok. Stir fry the onion and ginger. Stir fry the mutton.
Step5:Two minutes later, put in the radish slices. Stir fry for a while. Add in the soup (water can also be used if there is no soup).
Step6:After boiling, turn to the casserole and stew for 30 minutes. Then add cabbage. Continue to stew for 5 minutes. Add salt and white pepper to taste. Sprinkle a little onion.
