Step1:Blanch spinach in boiling water for 10 seconds, remove the water and cut into piece
Step2:The dried bean curd is also cut into pieces after being put into boiling water
Step3:Mix spinach, cooked sesame and dried tofu. Mix in salt, garlic, sesame oil, chili oil and white vinegar
