Wax gourd. It can moisten the lungs and dissipate phlegm, stimulate the body fluid to quench thirst, clear away heat and heat, promote diuresis, remove spots and whiten, detoxify and lose weight. Fat people or people who are afraid of being fat can eat more wax gourd.
Step1:Wax gourd peeled and cut into squares, ginger slices and scallion slices.

Step7:30 minutes later. Add the onion and wax gourd. Add salt.
Step8:Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Turn to medium heat. Stir well. Boil until the wax gourd tastes good. Drain the soup and sprinkle with scallion. (I like rice with soup. You can leave more soup appropriately.
