Sour plum soup is the most traditional and common summer drink in old Beijing. Sour plum soup is made of black plum, hawthorn, liquorice, sweet osmanthus and ice sugar. It can be drunk after being frozen. It can dissipate food, disperse Qi and silt, stimulate body fluid, quench thirst, restrain lung qi, eliminate boredom and calm nerves. Regular drinking can really cure diseases, eliminate diseases, strengthen health, and is a rare health drink in hot summer.
Step1:Wumei. Hawthorn dry put the tap down to wash the floating ash.
Step2:Add water into the pot after washing. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn the medium and low heat to boil for 20 minutes. Put in the sugar and turn off the heat.
