Step3:Fry the fish on both sides. When frying fish, don't turn it over easily. When the fish skin is hard, shake the pan gently. Then turn it over carefully. The fish skin won't fall off.
Step4:Add enough cold water at a time. Heat for 10 minutes, wait for the fish soup to turn white, and then add tofu. Then boil for 40 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
