Step1:Ingredients - 700g pumpkin, 1 cup flour, 5g salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 cup water.
Step2:Peel and flesh the pumpkin, and plane it into silk.
Step3:Marinate for a while.
Step4:When pumpkin shreds are softened, add flour, pepper and water and mix well.
Step5:Heat a pan with a non stick bottom. Apply some oil. Pour in some batter.
Step6:Fry it over medium and low heat until it's golden on both sides. It's ok if it's done well
