There are two kinds of plain chicken sold in the supermarket. One is darker, harder, five flavor, the other is white, original. I use the original. It tastes tender. As for the soup, you can use whatever you have at home. Chicken soup or meat and bone soup is OK. In my family, we usually prepare high soup. When we cook vegetables or noodles, we put some. It tastes delicious immediately.
Step1:Sliced chicken. Don't be too thin. Cut scallion and spare.
Step2:Put a little vegetable oil in the pot. Heat the oil and put in the sliced chicken. Fry slowly over low heat.
Step3:Cover the pan and fry for a while. Wait until one side is golden. Turn over and continue to fry.
Step4:After frying on both sides, pour in the high soup, sprinkle with scallion, drop a drop of old soy sauce (as long as one drop is enough), add a little salt, cover and simmer for a while. The soup is dried and put on the plate.
Step5:The cooked chicken looks scorched. It's really tender.
