Cabbage and tofu are safe. It's very comfortable to have a stew in winter.
Step1:Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the cabbage leaves into wide strips.
Step2:Heat the oil in the wok until it is 60% hot. Add in the scallion and stir fry. Add the cabbage and a little salt for two minutes.
Step3:Add cabbage leaves and stir fry until the water softens.
Step4:Add the stew and broth. Bring to a boil. If the color is not enough, it can be slightly added as a small amount of soy sauce.
Step5:Simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat to make cabbage taste good.
Step6:Cut the frozen tofu into large pieces. Put them evenly on the stewed cabbage. Cover the pot cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step7:Add a small amount of salt. Stir fry tofu and cabbage stew evenly.
Cooking tips:1. Stir fry the cabbage first and then the leaves. 2. Don't stir fry tofu, or it will break easily. 3. Don't be too hot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
