Step1:The potatoes are peeled and mashed with a grinding board.

Step6:Cover the pan and fry slowly over medium heat for 5,6 minutes. The surface is golden.
Step7:Turn it over. Fry it for 3 or 4 minutes without covering the pan. Crispy the crust.
Step8:Cut it into pieces and put it on a plate. It can be eaten with sauce according to personal preference.
