Cooking tips:1. There are 400g celery sticks + leaves in total, including 310G sticks and 90g leaves. If you don't like leaves, you can only stir fry them; if the celery sticks are too thick and not tasty, you can cut them properly from the middle with a knife. The wheat and celery sticks I use are relatively thin; 2. I use 8 pieces of dried parsley (one is about the same size as the spicy ones I cooked with my mouth); 3. If you don't like chicken essence, you don't need to add them. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
