Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Beat eggs into a pan without oil and water. Add sugar powder. Set asid

   Step2:Add sugar powder in three times. Stir it to the shape as shown in the figure. First, stir it at low speed for three minutes. Then stir it at medium speed for three minutes. Finally, stir it at high speed for two minutes. As shown in the figure, it is light and fluffy. Pick it up with the head of the blender. It will not fall off

   Step3:Sift low flour and add to batter.

   Step4:Mix evenly with scraper to make a non particle batte

   Step5:Low heat. Add the batter into the pot with a spoon. Fry until both sides turn yellow.

   Step6:Fry one by one for later us

   Step7:Strawberries to be washed and use

   Step8:Add the cream to the sugar powder. Beat to 10 and distribute. Stir at low speed for 5 minutes. Stir at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir at high speed for 2 minutes. Just like cotton, as shown in the figure.

   Step9:Cut into small pieces with a knife for later us

    Step10:A layer of cream with strawberries. The shape is as shown in the figure.
