Potatoes have always been my favorite dish. Usually it's a delicious dish whether it's fried potato slices or stewed potato pieces. I didn't expect to use it to make steamed buns. I remember that the first time I ate potato bun was when I was in college. I can't forget the delicious and soft taste. But I haven't eaten it for a long time after graduation. It's near the end of the year. How can people in the North lack pasta? This steamed bun uses new and good Chinese pasta powder. It's fine in quality, moderate in elasticity and rich in wheat flavor. Step1:Add flour and yeast into the bowl. Stir while adding clear water until the dough is formed. The dough is medium hard and soft. The surface is smooth. Cover with fresh-keeping film.
Step2:Add water to the pot. Heat it to a little warm. Don't boil it. Then put on the drawer. Put the dough into the pot. Cover it. Ferment it to twice the size.
Step3:Prepare the filling. Cut the potatoes and green peppers into small pieces. Cut the scallions into small pieces and set aside.
Step4:Dice pork.
Step5:Heat the pot. Pour in some oil. Add in the onion and stir.
Step6:Then add the diced meat. Stir fry until the diced meat turns white.
Step7:Add in the potatoes and continue to stir fry.
Step8:Then add salt, five spices powder, oil consumption, stir fry evenly, fry potatoes at medium well and turn off the fire.
Step9:Add green pepper. Stir well.
Step10:Serve for later use. Then the meat will be ready.

Step15:Put cold water on the pot. Steam for 15-20 minutes. The time depends on the size of the bun. Turn off the heat and keep it cool for another 5 minutes. Don't open the lid halfway.
