Braised goose with lotus root is a homely dish. The lotus root sucks the fat from the old goose. Old geese don't get greasy. And lotus root is more delicious. It's full of meat. It's very soft and sticky. It's a good meat dish for winter health.
Step1:Wash the goose and chop into small pieces. Prepare scallion, ginger, star anise and pepper. Wash the lotus root and cut into pieces.
