Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Prepare the materials. Rinse the Chinese toon.

2. 

   Step2:Add water to boil in the pot. Add a little salt.

3. 

   Step3:Put the Toon in the boiling water.

4. 

   Step4:Cut up the Chinese toon.

5. 

   Step5:Add egg, salt, chicken essence and starch.

6. 

   Step6:Make a paste.

7. 

   Step7:Take the saucepan, heat it, and put in a proper amount of cooking oil.

   Step8:Put the batter in the pan and fry it.

9. 

   Step9:Turn over. Continue to fry until golden on both sides.

10. 

    Step10:Start the pot. Fill the plate.
