A lot of desserts for diabetics can't be eaten without saying that it's a great pity in life. My husband needs a small amount of diabetes and many meals. I can't eat any desserts bought on the street. So I try to make delicious desserts that my husband can eat. Since I learned to bake, I feel so good. I can do what I want. Today, banana pie made of xylitol is crispy and delicious. It's soft and hard. It's very popular. Hehe.
Step1:Pie filling method - boil in half a bowl of water, add the mashed bananas and press them into the mud. Then put corn starch (the bananas will be sweet, do not put xylitol. If you like sweetness, add sugar here) and boil to a uniform paste. Turn off the fire. Pour in the diced red dates and walnuts. Stir well and set aside.
Step2:Paipi method-1. After the butter refrigerator is taken out, put it in a clean basin without water or oil for 12 hours. After it is slightly soft, add 30 grams of xylitol and use an electric eggbeater to beat until the butter is white and swollen. Then gradually add the broken egg liquid 34 times to continue to beat evenly.
Step3:2. Sift the flour, cornmeal, and baking powder into the butter and egg mixture. Cut the vegetables and mix well to form a mud.
Step4:1. Apply a layer of oil (anti sticking) to the baking tray. Then pour the pie skin into the baking tray and press it to pave. Leave the edge of the pie skin.
Step5:2. Pour the pie stuffing into the pie skin and spread evenly.
Step6:3. Preheat the oven at 175 ℃ for 5 minutes
Step7:4. Put in a good pie. 200 degrees for 20 minutes
