Step1:Cut the beef into equal sized small grains. Add salt, black pepper, red wine, egg and starch to mix well. Then pour in olive oil to moisten the beef. Leave for 15 minutes and marinate to taste.
Step2:Heat the oil and stir fry the diced beef.
Step3:When the beef changes color, drain the oil and put it in reserve.
Step4:Red and green pickled peppers are optional. Cut the green onion into the green onion.

Cooking tips:1. The red wine for cooking doesn't need to be too good. Ordinary red wine from supermarket is OK. 2. Do not fry the beef too long for the first time. It can be served if it changes color, because it needs to be seasoned later. 3. I use Australian ribs for beef. Domestic beef can be fried with tenderer parts such as sirloin and cucumber strips. 4. The pickled peppers can be of one color. There is no need to collect 2 kinds of pickled peppers. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
