Step7:When the dough is about twice the size of fermentation, take out the exhaust gas, and then divide it into 10 parts of small dough of similar weight. Cover with plastic film and let it rest for 1020 minutes.
Step8:Take a small dough and roll it with a rolling pin. Put some bacon white mushrooms in the middle.
Step9:Fold and pinch the two sides of the long patch in the middle. Press both ends tightly. Then roll it up from top to bottom. Finally, press the edge thin and then pinch it.
Step10:Repeat the above steps. Put all the prepared bread embryos into the long pound cake mold. Put them in the upper middle of the oven for the second fermentation.
Step11:The second fermentation is finished. The bread embryo is fermented to 1.5 or 2 times the original size. Preheat the oven 20 minutes in advance. Set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Step12:The bread embryo and the mold are put into the last layer of the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. According to the actual situation, whether it is necessary to adjust the internal and external positions of the mold for baking and coloring.
Step13:Take out the baked bread while it is hot. Drop the mold gently to take out the bread. Put it on the cooling rack and cool it completely. Then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and seal it.
