Winter melon is such a home-made vegetable. It's either stir fried or stewed with bone soup. Today, we make this home-made bean curd and winter melon. It looks like meat from a distance. Taste it to see that it's rich in bean curd milk. The delicious home-made dish is changing every day.
Step1:A piece of wax gourd.
Step2:Cut off the skin. Wash. Cut off the bag.
Step3:The skin is facing up. Cut it evenly into strips, that is, rectangle. Then cut the vertical knife for each wax gourd. Don't cut it.
Step4:Then cut the other sections crosswise to form a cross grid. Finally, cut them in the middle of the long strip (so that it becomes a square, convenient and tasty).
Step5:As shown.
Step6:Prepare a small plate of carrion milk and a spoonful of soy sauce.
Step7:Scallion.
Step8:Put oil in the wok. Put ginger slices. Fry the winter melon with the skin facing down.
Step9:Pan fried and turned over.
Step10:Keep turning over and frying.
Step11:Pour in the beancurd sauce.
Step12:Stir evenly to let the wax gourd absorb the juice.
Step13:Fill the small dish with fermented beancurd and fresh water. Drizzle along the edge of the pot.
Step14:Cover the pot. Stew until the melon is tender.
Step15:Open the lid. The wax gourd is full of juice. Add two grams of salt to taste. Turn off the fire and serve.
Step16:Sprinkle with scallion.
Step17:The little guy who came home from school thought he had cooked a plate of meat. Ha ha
