Fried rice inspired by Hong Kong food fried noodles with soy sauce . No taste.
Step1:Prepare raw materials. There is no mushroom sauce in the picture.
Step2:Mince the onion, ginger and garlic. Garlic is kept in reserve.
Step3:Thaw and dice chicken breast. Marinate with proper amount of water starch, rice wine, soy sauce and black pepper.
Step4:Diced mushrooms with water. Remove the leaves of rape and cut the diced cubes.
Step5:One minute for the rice microwave. Put in a little olive oil and scatter. This step can make the frying process quick and handsome (╯ 3 system).
Step6:Sauce. Oil consumption. Steam fish and soy sauce into a small bowl and stir well.
Step7:Shiitake sauce and spicy millet are optional. It will taste better.
Step8:Cold oil in hot pot (more oil for fried rice. Try to use olive oil). Marinate the diced chicken and drain the sauce. Stir in the pan. It's white and tender. I'm used to using chopsticks to fry diced meat. It's easy to stir and stic
Step9:Put more oil in the new pot. Heat the oil and cool it. Add in the garlic. Stir fry. Stir fry the diced rape.
Step10:Stir fry with scallion and ginger. Stir fry mushrooms. Add some soy sauce.
Step11:Chicken. Stir fry.
Step12:Put in the diced pepper (when you have mushroom sauce). Stir fry. Pour in the sauce (depending on the volume. Not too much).
Step13:Pour in the rice that has been stirred. Stir fry.
Step14:Stir fry for a while until the rice is evenly wrapped with sauce.
Cooking tips:I suggest using soy sauce as well as possible. I'm used to using unsweetened soy sauce, because it's better to control the amount of seasoning. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
