My neighbor gave me a big bag of sweet potatoes. He said it was planted by his relatives in the countryside. I'm grateful to my good neighbor in China. I steamed it. But the sieve is OK. I always like the taste after the sieve. It will be more delicate. I like it personally. If the steamed sweet potato is too dry, it can be adjusted with a little milk. Generally, it doesn't need to add a lot. As long as the sandwich is dry and wet, it's OK. Today, I add 20 grams of milk to 400 grams of sweet potato puree.
Step4:Ferment well. The dough is smooth and elasti
Step5:The fermented dough should be drained first, then divided into 10 equal parts. Cover with plastic film and relax for 20 minutes. When loosening, you can also divide the sweet potato puree into 10 equal parts and put them aside.
Step6:Take a wake up dough and roll it into thin slices. It can be thick in the middle and thin in the edge. It's the same as we usually make steamed buns.
Step7:Close your mouth down. If you like to eat the thinner one, just press it with your hand. I like to eat the thinner one. I just roll it gently with a rolling pin. Be careful to be gentle. Don't break it.
Step8:No need to put oil in the non stick pot. Use a small fire to burn on both sides. Pay attention to use a small fire. When the cake is baked, the crust will swell. It's very beautiful.
Step9:There is no sugar in the formula. There is no oil in the whole process. It is healthy without sugar and oil.
