The razor I made today still uses the freshest steaming. It's different from the usual salting, steaming and oiling operations. It's seasoned with heavy taste of snow vegetables. Step1:Clean the razor and break it apart. Remove the shell without meat. The neat size is in the plate. The way to deal with the razor clam can add water and level with the razor clam. Drop a few drops of essential oil. Let stand for 1 hour. Adding oil will speed up the time when razor clam spits out the mud.

Step3:Transfer in 1 tablespoon of raw soy sauce. 1 tablespoon of sugar. Continue to stir fry evenly. Sugar is to improve taste and freshness. It can be added according to your preference.
Step4:Put the sauteed sauerkraut on the razor clam. Add the scallion and ginger slices. Pour in 1 tablespoon cooking wine. If the saltiness of the snow vegetables is enough, there is no need to add salt.
Step5:Put it in a steamer with boiling water. Steam for 5 minutes.
Step6:Take out the scallion and ginger. If you have water, pour out the excess water. Sprinkle with chopped scallion.
