I can't do without mushrooms in Chinese New Year. I made this simple and delicious broccoli mushroom this year.
Step1:Soak mushrooms in advance (about two hours
Step2:Make two strokes on it after soaking, so that the mushroom can tast

Cooking tips:You don't need to pour out the water after soaking the mushrooms. It's better to pour broccoli and boil oyster sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
