Step1:Wash the mushrooms. Shred the mushrooms by hand (according to your preference). Cut the onion and ginger into shreds and use them as standby (not too much). Wash and dry the pork and slice with water.
Step2:Blanch the mushrooms for drying. Pour oil into the pot (the amount at the bottom of a pot is enough) and pour in the streaky pork. Add onion and ginger to stir fry the meat out of the oil to make it fragrant. Then add soy sauce. Stir fry until the streaky pork is evenly colored, and add the fresh mushroom which is blanched and dried.
Step3:When the mushrooms are dry, add salt and cumin powder and stir fry for another three minutes. Add cumin granules and a little MSG before leaving the pot. It's really delicious..
Cooking tips:1. Stir fry the streaky pork to get the oil. Blanch the mushrooms and dry them. Cumin can be put in the same. Put two more fragrant. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
