Afternoon tea
Step1:Minced pork, peeled corn, egg, a little soy sauce, pepper, salt, cooking wine, stir well and let meat stuffing stand for a minute or two.
Step2:Spread the four pieces of dumpling skin on the joint of each dumpling skin with a little water to increase the viscosity. Spread the meat filling on the dumpling skin, fold it in half, then roll it up from right to left.
Step3:Sprinkle some flour on the bottom of the plate to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the plate.
Step4:Pan fry until the bottom is brown, pour in water and simmer for about 810 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions before leaving the pan.

Cooking tips:If you don't want to make dumplings that thick, you can use three pieces of dumpling skin or add half of the water to the dumpling skin. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
