Step7:7. Prepare ginger, star anise and rock candy. As for the color of stir fried sugar, it's not very healthy. The finished product is too sweet. If the fire is not good, it's easy to fry too much sugar and affect the taste. Just put a few ice sugar in the right amount. It will help to enhance the meat's freshness and make the color bright.
Step8:8. Add ginger, star anise, sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine. Stir fry for two or three minutes until the meat is evenly colored.
Step9:9. Add the dried bamboo shoots. Continue to stir fry evenly.
Step10:10. Pour in boiling water. Pay attention to boiling water. Adding cold water will make the meat contract quickly. The taste is not so good. The water content is about 2cm less than all the ingredients. Add some Hawthorn to make the meat ripen faster and taste softer. When the fire is over, skim off the froth and simmer for about 1 hour. It's better not to open the lid in the middle.
Step11:11. Stew until the dried bamboo shoots taste good. When the streaky pork is soft and rotten, the juice will be collected by fire. If you like the juicy ones, you can keep more. Try salt. Add some salt when it's light. Note that if you put salt last, it's easy to make the meat stew. OK. It's done. You can eat it on the table.
