Step1:Taro peeled and cut into thin slices. Steam in a steamer. Mash in hot water.
Step2:Mix the fresh milk and sugar. Cook at a low heat to 85 ℃ and turn off the heat. Add the whipped cream and mix well.
Step3:Put the whole egg and sugar in a steel basin. Mix well with a straight beater. Add in condensed milk and cornmeal and mix well. Then slowly add in method 2 and mix well.
Step4:Heat method 3 in a water-proof way. Stir over medium and small heat and cook until it is gelatinous. Then add the taro paste of method 1 and mix well to form the taro paste filling
Step5:Soak the gelatine, melt it after heating, mix it with taro paste, stir well, and refrigerate it.
Step6:Put butter on the thousand layer pastry and bake in the oven for a while. Fold the sliced taro mousse.
