Strawberry cake. It's only written until now. It's not strawberry season. But there are many fresh fruits on the market. So we can change strawberry into other fruits.
Step1:Mix flour, sugar and salt evenly.
Step2:Add the eggs.
Step3:Add the melted butter and mix with a small amount of milk.
Step4:Slowly add in the remaining milk and mix.
Step5:Sift twice. Refrigerate for 1 hour. The primary color batter is ready.
Step6:Let's make a gradient. Take a small amount of batter and add a little more red food pigment. Mix well.
Step7:Heat up the pan, turn down the heat, pour some batter and shake it evenly. Cover the bottom of the pan. Heat up the pan until the edge is slightly rolled up. Fry the pan upside down for 10 seconds and you will be out of the pan.
Step8:After frying two pieces, add some primary color batter and mix well.
Step9:Fry a few more light colored cakes. And so on. The color of the cake is getting lighter and lighter. Just keep the original colors for the last few. Fry the cake and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Step10:Whipped cream and some sugar powder are added to make it thick. The cakes are arranged in order of color. One layer of whipped cream is applied on top of the other. Two or three layers can be spread with a layer of fruit granules.
Step11:Refrigerate for half an hour before cutting.
Step12:Finished product.
Cooking tips:I didn't use whipped cream for the sandwich in the picture, but I chose custard sauce. Although it's delicious, I prefer the version of whipped cream. Because the taste will be lighter and the cooking will be delicious.
