Step1:Prepare materials
Step2:Sugar. Cocoa / flour should be sifted (otherwise there will be small pimples) and mixed.
Step3:Add the melted butter. Add the eggs and mix to make a paste.
Step4:Add the milk in three times. Add the milk in one time and stir evenly. Then observe the thickness. Add as appropriate.
Step5:Heat the pan. It's better to put some cooking oil on the bottom of the pan. It's easier to do this (it can't be applied). Turn off the heat. Pour in a tablespoon of batter. Shake the pan at the same time. If it is not round, pour it in the gap. Then heat it with a small fire and dry it. Finish one.
Step6:Lay cocoa skin on the ground. Choose 2 pieces of cocoa skin to make the bottom and the top. Spread a layer of cocoa skin. Spread a layer of cream. Step7:It's a lot better for the first time. The second time I did it, I almost had no problem. Here I made 6 skins. Put it in the freezer and freeze it for 20 minutes. When it's frozen, it's cut into strips. It feels like there's more cocoa powder on the top. Then sprinkle some sugar powder on it. It's delicious^_^^_
Cooking tips:The paste used to make cocoa skin should not be too thin. It is thick but usable to make cocoa skin that is too dry. Thin cocoa skin will not form. So milk should be added slowly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
